Our Story

Jonniez Recliners was born out of a simple observation: Nairobi had plenty of general furniture shops, but nobody was specialising in recliner repairs. Recliners are complex pieces of furniture — they have mechanisms, motors, springs, linear actuators, and padding systems that require specialised knowledge. General fundis simply don’t have the training or tools to handle them properly. We filled that gap.

What started as a one-man operation has grown into a recognised name across Nairobi, serving clients from Utawala to Syokimau, Westlands to Karen, Kilimani to Kileleshwa. Every recliner that leaves our workshop is a testament to what focused expertise can achieve. We’ve built our name not on advertising, but on results — our clients share their experiences, and new customers find us through word of mouth, social media, and trusted referral directories.
